THE PICAHNA ROAST IS ALSO KNOW AS THE SIRLOIN CAP ROAST.  IT WAS MADE POPULAR IN BRAZIL. IT IS COMMONLY COOKED BY SLICING INTO STEAKS, FOLDING THE STEAK IN HALF TO SKEWER OVER THE GRILL.   A FANTASTIC CUT THAT IS NOT VERY WELL KNOWN!
