$3,400 total = $1,700 deposit + $1,700 due at pickup/delivery* + shipping fees* (local pickup is free).
 
*For shipped orders, the card used for the deposit will be charged one week before beef is shipped with the remaining amount ($1,700). For local orders, the remaining balance ($1,700) will be due at pickup.
